What's my order status?
To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an yogadept account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders. It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please click here to contact us.

How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, if you wish tio change the order or add other item please contact us immediately (onile chat).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, Click here. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
Please contact us immediately we will check your order status and let you know if it possible to change.

What is the delivery time and cost ?

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service . Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by YUN Express and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the yogadept return policy?
Online purchase made through www.yogadept.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund click here for more detiles

How do I return a gift?
We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.

I bought something in store, can I return it by mail?
Yes! You can now return items bought in-store using our easy, online returns form. Just go here to start a return. (Make sure you provide your email address for your receipt - you can find your order # in the email).

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
Yogadept comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?
Sorry, yogadept does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?
Please refer to our size chart for general measurements. please note that we have a size chart for each product you can check it in product page (in CM) You can also click "Ask An Expert" in product page we will replay immediate. If you still need assistance, please email or call us for any additional help.

Do you provide hemming services?
Our hemming services are temporarily unavailable. If you are interested in hemming options, please feel free to reach out to customer service "Online Chat"at 855-793-3100"" and we can assist.

How do I create an account?

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?
To reset your yogadept.com password simply enter your email address under "sign in". You will then select "forgot password" to receive the password reset link.

How do I update my yogadept account?
To update your account, please sign in and click on your name at the top right corner. You will then select "my account" from the drop down menu and, "edit account" on the left side of the page. Here you will be able to update name, shipping/billing information and also change your password.
